We are seeking someone with these same ideals to join our team as an entry level Upholstery Technician.
This employee will be working in our foam fabrication department, helping create marine cushions and interiors for high-end yacht manufacturers.
Characteristics:
Enthusiastic self-starter Enjoys working independently but is able to work collaboratively as well Able and willing to learn new techniques High attention to detail and quality Have a sense of urgency in their efforts Embraces switching gears as needed - able to roll with a new focus weekly and sometime daily Experience/Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled manual labor, such as carpentry, or having completed vocational schooling.

Ability to use both hand and power tools Must demonstrate basic carpentry skills, such as accurately reading a tape measure and ability to cut straight lines Ability to follow directions Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and tolerate standing for long periods Must be able to bend and reach without difficulty Experience in upholstery practices is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train
Benefits:
